Their 10X Precision Nutrition System analyses 20 million genetic variants for tailored health insights.
They plan a flagship Precision Longevity clinic and a trial on IV nutrition for diabetes.
Training for clinicians will integrate genetic insights into everyday care across the region.
The collaboration aims to revolutionise personalised health through biotechnology and AI advances.
Abu Dhabi seems to be making a habit of hosting ambitious health-tech ventures, and the latest move is quite something. 10X Health from the US and the UK-based REVIV Global have teamed up with the Abu Dhabi health powerhouse M42 to roll out a new venture called 10XREVIV. On paper, it promises a “precision nutrition” system unlike anything the region has seen before — and I reckon it’s the sort of thing that could easily capture the imagination of anyone following longevity trends across the Gulf.
The heart of the initiative is the 10X Precision Nutrition System, a patented platform that’s been in development for over a decade. Instead of the usual, slightly generic wellness advice many of us have heard (often too many times…), this system digs into as many as 20 million genetic variants with almost perfect accuracy. It then folds in blood biomarker data and lifestyle information to produce a hefty 400‑plus page report tailored to each person. When I first heard that page count I thought, well… good luck getting people to read it — but on the flip side, detailed insights are exactly what many health-conscious consumers in the region are craving. At Arageek, we often meet founders obsessed with data-driven optimisation, so this kind of tech doesn’t feel out of place here at all.
What comes after the report isn’t fluff either. The system is designed to generate targeted interventions grounded in science, from nutritional tweaks to more advanced therapies. The collaboration also includes plans for a flagship Precision Longevity clinic in Abu Dhabi, plus a randomised clinical trial to study how IV nutrition might affect Type 2 Diabetes — a condition that, as anyone living in the region knows, is a pressing public health challenge. And because scaling knowledge is half the battle, the partners intend to offer a training curriculum to help clinicians bring genetic insights into everyday care. Spot on, if you ask me.
The companies involved seem very chuffed about the partnership. Brandon Dawson, who co-founded 10X Health, described the mission as one aimed at revolutionising how people understand and optimise their biology. M42’s Albarah El Khani framed the project as part of a broader push to help people live healthier for longer, while REVIV Global’s founder Sarah Lomas said the initiative represents a new era in precision health. Their comments echo a broader trend we keep seeing across the MENA health-tech space — a real appetite for mixing AI, genetics and clinical practice in ways that once felt a bit of a faff to implement.
All three partners bring different strengths to the table. 10X Health handles the biotech and AI backbone, REVIV brings years of experience with IV therapies and wellness protocols, and M42 contributes deep clinical infrastructure, from genomics to massive data platforms. Put together, it’s a mix that could, if executed well, raise the bar for personalised health in the region. And believe it or not, despite the hype around longevity tech globally, the Middle East still feels like it’s just getting started — which is why collaborations like this keep catching my eye, even on days when the inbox is overflowing.
For those unfamiliar: 10X Health is known for combining genetic science with AI to craft personalised health plans; REVIV has delivered over three million IV therapies worldwide; and M42 operates hundreds of healthcare facilities and major programmes including the Emirati Genome Programme. That sort of scale isn’t easy to ignore, even if you’re not usually impressed by corporate partnerships. This one definately seems poised to make some noise.
