Dyna.Ai Expands in Saudi Arabia with Arabic-Speaking AI Workforce

4 min
Dyna Ai expands in Saudi Arabia, showcasing AI solutions at Riyadh's Money20/20 event.
Their Agentic AI Suite will introduce digital colleagues in the financial sector to enhance efficiency.
AI "Employees" are designed to support, not replace, human staff, ensuring rapid, accurate responses.
The focus is on long-term partnerships and aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 for AI transformation.
There's optimism about AI's economic impact, but concerns about delivery on promises remain.
If you’ve ever wondered how artificial intelligence could change the way entire industries operate in the Middle East, Dyna.Ai is giving everyone plenty to talk about. This Singapore-headquartered company, which has already carved out its spot as a big fish in the AI-as-a-Service pond, is now doubling down on its investment in Saudi Arabia after setting up shop in Riyadh. The move comes with a clear aim: to accelerate the use of cutting-edge AI solutions, especially in the Kingdom’s vibrant financial sector.
At the Money20/20 event in Riyadh, Dyna.Ai will be pulling back the curtain on its Agentic AI Suite and a new family of AI “Employees” – all equipped to speak Arabic, naturally. The Agentic AI Suite isn’t just a whizzy bit of tech; it’s an enterprise-level platform built with intelligent digital agents that can literally act as localised, digital colleagues for banks, insurers, fintechs, and anyone else knee-deep in financial services. The point? To speed up processes, boost compliance, and make automation feel less like a faff and more like a proper team effort.
What caught my attention – and, I’ll admit, I’m usually a little wary of “AI replacing humans” talk – is that these AI Employees aren’t about pushing staff out the door. Instead, think of digital colleagues like an AI Credit Underwriter or an AI Knowledge Partner, designed to handle the repetitive grunt work, answer customer questions in a flash, and keep everything above board with local regulations. Imagine response times under a quarter of a second and, according to Dyna.Ai, spot-on accuracy that’s more than 95%. All so your actual human team can get on with the trickier, more creative stuff. Now, that's the kind of future-of-work that makes me sit up and pay attention.
Tomas Skoumal, the company’s chairman and co-founder, was quoted as saying Dyna.Ai is “incredibly excited to deepen our presence in the Kingdom,” and talked up the importance of locally tailored solutions for Saudi businesses. He made it crystal clear that this isn’t a short-term fling but rather a long game – working side by side with Saudi institutions, growing local talent, and supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions for AI and data-powered transformation.
With the Agentic AI Suite’s “plug-and-play” style Agent Store and Employee Marketplace, Dyna.Ai are making it easy – at least on paper – for even the most traditional businesses to start dipping their toes in the AI waters without having to overhaul everything overnight. And with the MENA region expected to see AI contribute a whopping $320 billion to the economy by 2030 (Saudi Arabia accounting for $135.2 billion of that), it’s no wonder companies are piling in.
I reckon the boom in this space shows no signs of slowing down, and, honestly, those start-ups out there looking to turbo-charge their operations could do a lot worse than keeping an eye on these sorts of tools. At Arageek, I’m always chuffed to bits when I see practical solutions making their way into the hands of ambitious entrepreneurs in the GCC and beyond – it just lines up with our mission.
On the flip side, there is always a bit of scepticism around whether these promises will all pan out as smoothly as they sound. I’ve seen my fair share of “AI revolutions” that turned out to be… well, more flash than bang. But with their Riyadh team in place and a focus on local partnership, Dyna.Ai seems serious about sticking around for the long haul. If you happen to be at Money20/20, they’ll be at booth H1K30 – worth a look, if AI’s your cup of tea (or even if you’re just mildly curious).
For now, it’s a case of wait and see. One thing’s for sure: with more global players making serious bets on local talent and tech, the startup scene in Saudi Arabia is shaping up to be quite the place for innovation – even if getting every last detail right, especially with language, is still a bit of a work in progress.
