JustAd raised USD 5 million to expand its AI advertising platform beyond MENA.
Founded in 2025, it unifies Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads management.
The platform offers AI analysis, tracking, attribution, catalogue tools and unified reporting.
Its "Advertise Now, Pay Later" model lets firms spread media costs over 12 months.
New funding will back local teams, product tailoring and first market launches in 2027.
UAE-based JustAd has secured USD 5 million in funding from angel investor Imad Jomaa, as the company looks to take its AI-powered advertising platform into new markets beyond MENA. For startups across the region, that kind of move always catches the eye at Arageek, because growth is exciting, but scaling across borders is never a walk in the park.
Founded in 2025 by Ahmed Elsayed, JustAd has built what it calls a marketing operating system that pulls campaign management into one place across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads. The platform includes AI-based campaign analysis, tracking and attribution, product catalogue management and unified reporting, giving advertisers a fuller picture of performance across channels. In simple terms, it is trying to cut through a process that can otherwise be a bit of a faff for brands and agencies juggling several ad platforms at once.
The company’s pitch lands on a very real issue for small and mid-sized businesses. Ad campaigns may be working well, but cash flow does not always move at the same speed. When advertising bills need to be paid before sales income arrives, even a business with spot on performance can struggle to keep spending on customer acquisition. I’ve seen founders in the region wrestle with exactly this headache, especially in e-commerce, where timing can make or break momentum.
That is where JustAd is trying to stand out. Alongside the software layer, it has developed an Advertise Now, Pay Later model, or ANPL, allowing companies to launch campaigns and pay media spend in instalments over as long as 12 months. Clients use certified agency ad accounts across the four major platforms and also receive direct technical support. I reckon this mix of ad tech and financing is the more interesting part of the story, because it tackles not only campaign visibility but also the budget squeeze that often slows growth.
In a statement, the company said: “Advertising is changing faster than most businesses can follow. AI is taking over how campaigns are built and measured, and budgets are spreading across more platforms every year.” That feels hard to argue with, honestly. Marketing teams are now expected to move quickly, track everything, and somehow keep spending efficient while platform complexity keeps rising.
So far, JustAd has focused on the Middle East and North Africa, serving e-commerce brands, agencies and in-house marketing teams. The fresh capital will go towards building local sales and customer success teams in each new market, tailoring the product to local requirements, deepening partnerships with major advertising platforms, and rolling out ANPL to a wider base of advertisers.
The next big marker comes in early 2027, when the company plans to start onboarding customers in its first new markets. That said, international expansion is where many startups find out what really works and what still needs fixing. Product localisation, platform relationships and local team-building all sound straightforward on paper, but well... I mean, they rarely are.
Still, JustAd is entering this phase with a model that speaks directly to a common business pain point: how to keep campaigns running when revenue timing gets messy. Whether that approach can travel well beyond MENA is not guaranteed, but it will definately be one to watch.
