Dubai, UAE — In a move set to reshape the region’s cloud and AI talent landscape, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has partnered with Silicon Valley-based edtech startup Manara to launch a $3.6 million initiative aimed at upskilling software engineers across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The collaboration will offer cutting-edge training in cloud computing and artificial intelligence to 2,500 engineers over the next two years. This strategic investment reflects both organizations' shared commitment to empowering the next generation of tech leaders in the region.
