Early Life
Born on May 23, 1960, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Hossam Bin Saud Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is the son of King Saud bin Abdulaziz and Princess Noura bint Abdullah bin Fahad Al-Damer.
After completing his secondary education, he went on to attain a bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University in Riyadh in 1981.
Pursuing further studies abroad, he earned a diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 1982, followed three years later by a master’s degree. Driven by his passion and intellectual curiosity, he continued his academic journey until earning his doctorate in Economics from LSE in 1995.

Prince Hossam is married to Princess Sarah bint Mosaad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and together they have five children:
- Princes Saud, Khaled, Abdulaziz, Mohammed, and Princess Noura. Their family bonds continue through alliances; Prince Saud married the daughter of Prince Khaled bin Mosaad bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, and Prince Khaled is married to the daughter of Prince Faisal bin Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
