DataQueue, a leading AI solutions provider operating in Palestine and the Netherlands, has announced a new funding round co-led by Ibtikar Fund and Flat6Labs Jordan Seed Fund. While the financial details remain under wraps, this partnership reflects both investors' commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the MENA region.

Innovative AI Solutions

Founded in 2021 by Bashir Alsaifi, DataQueue has quickly carved out a niche in the AI training and solutions sector. The company offers annotated and labelled datasets to help organisations train artificial intelligence models efficiently. Its flagship products, VoiceHub and CallStudio, are designed to address real-world business challenges with user-friendly, no-code platforms.

  • VoiceHub: A conversational AI platform enabling organisations to automate complex customer interactions, from scheduling appointments to managing accounts, in real-time and multiple languages.
  • CallStudio: A speech analytics platform designed to transform support centre operations. It monitors agent performance and automates tasks using over 30 metrics across 50+ languages.
  • DQ Platform: A comprehensive AI lifecycle management tool that simplifies data annotation, model training, and deployment for businesses.

A Vision for Leadership in AI

DataQueue’s ambition extends beyond offering tools. The startup is focusing on pioneering AI advancements for IoT and robotics, with a specific emphasis on creating a highly sophisticated Arabic speech-to-speech model. By combining technical expertise and market strategy, DataQueue aims to dominate the Arabic-speaking and European AI markets.

“We’re building enterprise AI that acts as an autopilot, not just a copilot,” said Bashir Alsaifi, Founder and CEO of DataQueue. “With this new investment, we’re ready to scale, refine our products, and deliver AI innovations that genuinely transform industries.”

Strategic Backing

This funding marks Ibtikar Fund’s second investment in DataQueue, following an earlier round in August 2023. According to Ambar Amleh, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund, DataQueue’s alignment with the fund’s mission to support disruptive technologies made it a natural fit. Flat6Labs Jordan Seed Fund, a notable backer of regional startups, has also expressed confidence in the company’s ability to shape the future of AI.

“DataQueue’s solutions demonstrate the potential to address real business challenges, and we’re thrilled to support their journey,” said Rasha Manna, General Manager at Flat6Labs Jordan Seed Fund.
