Dubai-based startup Rentify has successfully secured $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round, bringing together a selection of investors keen to propel innovation in the Emirati rental market.

With their newly boosted funds, Rentify plans to ramp up the capabilities of their digital rental platform, aiming to ease some of the persistent headaches faced by tenants and landlords alike. The company has targeted the traditionally paper-intensive rental sector, planning to take the whole process online—from finding a tenant to signing agreements, simplifying payments, and even verifying tenant identities using AI-powered technology.

According to Rentify CEO Rasheed Hareb, the platform has already managed to attract properties valued at approximately AED 1.5 billion. Hareb explained that the fresh funding would help enhance Rentify’s technical competencies and expand their operations across the UAE market.

The company's COO, Rajneel Kumar, stated their goal clearly: to eliminate the fuss of excessive papework, replacing it with streamlined, fully digital agreements. Kumar also emphasised Rentify's 24-hour customer support, aimed at providing hassle-free experiences for both landlords and tenants.
