With 17 themed tracks including specialised stages for startups and investors, attendees had ample opportunities to tap into fresh insights, forge strong connections, and chat with more than a thousand industry experts. AraGeek attended the event, covering key moments and insights from the ground.

Not to overlook DeepFest, co-located with LEAP in Riyadh from February 9th to 12th, which spotlights groundbreaking innovations in artificial intelligence. For those passionate about AI, machine learning, and all things complicated yet fascinating, this one’s an absolute must.

April 2025

Moving onwards, AIM Congress rolls into Abu Dhabi’s National Exhibition Centre between 7th and 9th April, acting as a massive magnet for over 25,000 participants from around 180 countries. True to its form, AIM Congress sets the stage for discussions around investment opportunities, global alliances, and all things economic. Come April, again in Riyadh, you’ve got the Saudi StartUp Expo held on the 23rd and 24th. May 2025

Similarly, the Smart Data & AI Summit (5th–6th May) in Saudi Arabia boasts an impressive lineup of speakers and attendees from the worlds of AI, data modelling, and business analytics, promising real insight into data-driven market trends.

If fintech or digital banking is more your cuppa tea, Dubai hosts Seamless Middle East at the World Trade Centre from 20th to 22nd May. Packed with insights into payments, financial tech and e-commerce, Seamless is your go-to if you’re looking to get ahead in the region’s booming financial services sphere.

June 2025

This event, along with Middle East Rail held simultaneously at the same venue, offers a fascinating plunge into transport tech solutions and infrastructure innovations.

October 2025

Dubai, ever the glamorous host, doesn’t sit this one out either. Between 13th and 17th October, the annual GITEX Global will again return to the Dubai World Trade Centre. Anyone remotely involved in tech will have heard of this heavyweight event; it consistently draws industry players from more than 170 nations and is perfect for unveiling your latest tech innovations or simply expanding your network beyond borders.

Dubai Harbour’s Expand North Star, formerly GITEX Future Stars, also occurs between 13th–16th October. Smart participation increases brand visibility, boosts chances of meaningful partnerships, and keeps one’s finger firmly on the industry’s pulse.

If you’re planning your trips and schedules for 2025, the above highlights might help you navigate your options a little easier. Bear in mind; attending isn’t just about ticking business boxes; it’s about connecting, learning, and putting yourself firmly on the industry’s radar.
