Jassim Mohammed Al Siddiqi is a distinguished Emirati electrical engineer and influential business leader, recognized as the managing director and CEO of Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) since January 2011. Under his strategic guidance, ADFG became notable for major international investment projects, particularly in financial and real estate sectors.
Alongside his leadership of ADFG, Al Siddiqi holds several prominent board positions. He serves as Chairman of Shuaa Capital since 2016, Chairman of Khaleeji Commercial Bank in Bahrain since 2018, and Chairman of Eshraq Properties since 2017. Born in Abu Dhabi on May 1, 1984, Jassim Al Siddiqi pursued higher education in the United States, earning his Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and subsequently a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to his business endeavors, Al Siddiqi served as a lecturer at the Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi between 2005 and 2006, contributing regularly to internationally recognized engineering publications.
Known for being fiercely protective of his private life, Al Siddiqi rarely discloses personal details. What is publicly known is that he was born into a Sunni Muslim family.

This move further solidified Al Siddiqi’s influence on the region’s financial sector, combining innovation with robust risk management approaches and ethical investment standards.
