That’s the thinking behind dubizzle’s latest move: rolling out TruEstimate™, an AI-powered property valuation tool developed by Bayut in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department, across its platform in the UAE.

For anyone who has tried to price a flat in Dubai recently, you’ll know it can be a bit of a faff.
