A noteworthy collaboration in the real estate tech landscape has begun—Property Finder has teamed up with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) ahead of the much-anticipated Madhmoun project launch. Madhmoun, meaning "verified" in Arabic, is set to become Abu Dhabi's very first Multiple Listing Service (MLS), designed to bring about a fair bit more transparency and efficiency to property dealings in the Emirate.
To prepare local real estate agents for this significant upgrade, Property Finder is putting together a series of training sessions, kicking off nicely on June 17, with over 500 property agents in attendance. Personally—and Arageek readers might agree with me—I reckon initiatives like this, where agents can connect directly with ADREC representatives, are spot on, laying a solid foundation before the big July 7 launch.
According to Property Finder’s Chief Revenue Officer, Cherif Sleiman: "We applaud ADREC’s efforts and offer our complete support as it launches this milestone platform to promote trust by instituting accuracy, availability, and authorisation for all listings, ultimately boosting Abu Dhabi’s status as a leading real estate hub."
Honestly, it’s quite heartening to see a regional technology leader like Property Finder actively supporting local goverment initiatives aimed at elevating standards and fostering more honest communication within the market. With Property Finder behind it, Madhmoun might just be the boost Abu Dhabi needs to enhance transparency and reassure both buyers and tenants alike.
Following the initial session, Property Finder has promised further training programmes and discussions, covering subjects such as Madhmoun’s benefits, best practise onboarding, and user-friendly resources—everything agents need to hit the ground running. Post-launch sessions will continue the conversation to make sure nobody gets left behind, you know?
Property Finder has definitely made its name across the MENA region, evolving from being just another searchable property site back in 2007 to becoming one of the leading tech players shaping the real estate sector today. Their stated goal, "to change living for good," may sound lofty, but given their track record, they've definitely proved they’re serious about it.
On the flip side, any major tech launch inevitably comes with a bit of teething trouble or confusion at first—but, with such proactive pre-launch preparation sessions from Property Finder and ADREC, agents and home-seekers alike should be feeling quietly confident, if not chuffed to bits, about what’s around the corner.
