AmiViz will provide technical training and workshops to raise awareness and support AI security.

This collaboration strengthens the digital backbone, ensuring safer AI adoption amid evolving cyber risks.

AmiViz has teamed up with QuilrAI in a move that feels quite timely, especially as more companies across the Middle East rush to embed AI deeper into their day‑to‑day operations. I’ve seen plenty of founders around the region get chuffed to bits about AI tools, but securing those tools is often, well… a bit of a faff. So this partnership caught my eye.

The agreement brings QuilrAI’s AI security technologies into AmiViz’s distribution network, giving enterprises access to tools aimed at protecting AI models, safeguarding training data, and ensuring outputs remain trustworthy. With AI systems becoming tempting targets for everything from data poisoning to manipulation attacks, it’s no surprise that security is rapidly becoming the other half of the AI conversation.

AmiViz’s COO, Ilyas Mohammed, highlighted that same point, noting that AI innovation needs matching progress in protection measures. On the flip side, QuilrAI’s CEO Vidit Arora pointed to a striking detail: while nearly half of organisations are already using generative AI, only 4% say they feel highly confident about their security. I reckon that gap says a lot about how fast AI tools are spreading inside companies compared with the slower pace of internal governance.

Arora described QuilrAI as an autonomous decision engine that analyses content, context and intent before allowing or blocking actions, essentially coaching users as much as protecting them. And believe it or not, this sort of embedded guardrail is exactly what many IT teams I’ve met across the MENA region say they need, especially when staff start experimenting with AI tools without waiting for formal approval.

Through AmiViz, QuilrAI’s solutions will be supported with technical training, pre‑sales help and regional workshops to raise awareness around AI security. For many businesses here, these kinds of sessions make a difference; I remember attending one organised by a local accelerator, and half the room admitted they hadn’t even mapped out where their AI‑related data was stored. Spot on proof that education still matters.

The partnership marks another step in AmiViz’s push to promote safer AI adoption as cyber risks continue evolving. It’s not flashy, but it’s definately the sort of groundwork that strengthens the region’s digital backbone—and at Arageek, we’ve always believed that startups can scale faster when the foundations are solid.
