SolvFast is gearing up for a bigger footprint in the region, with plans to officially launch operations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia in 2026. The move is clearly aimed at speeding up digital transformation for businesses and institutions across MENA, at a time when many firms are still wrestling with patchy systems and too many tools that don’t talk to each other.
At its core, SolvFast brings together more than 50 business applications on one platform. We’re talking ERP, CRM, HR, finance, project and inventory management, all under a single roof, alongside AI-driven tools and flexible dashboards that let teams build workflows without writing a single line of code. For founders I’ve met across the Arageek community, this kind of all-in-one setup often sounds spot on, especially when juggling growth with limited tech resources can be a bit of a faff.
A key piece of the puzzle is the platform’s AI assistant, Senaiy. It’s designed to understand business requirements, carry out tasks, and feed teams with real-time updates, reports and analytics. The idea is to cut delays in decision-making and lift productivity. That said, I reckon the real test will be how intuitively teams on the ground adopt it, becuase AI only shines when people actually trust and use it, you know?
According to co-founder and CEO Abdelmalek Al‑Barrawi, SolvFast has already been working with companies in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt over recent years, helping them streamline operations and grow faster by simplifying processes and connecting tools in a single intelligent system. He pointed to adoption across sectors like hospitality, manufacturing and services, where resource management and smart analytics can make or break margins.
On the flip side, co-founder and chief commercial officer Mazen Al‑Oreidhi sees the official market launch as a turning point. He said the expansion reflects SolvFast’s broader vision to support digital transformation across the region, with particular attention on small and medium-sized businesses moving away from traditional systems towards integrated, smarter solutions. Anyone who’s spent time around SMEs in MENA knows how tough that jump can be, so this focus feels well judged.
There’s also a financial angle. Co-founder and CTO Abdulrahman Talaat highlighted studies suggesting that organisations adopting enterprise architecture backed by digital tools can achieve noticeable savings. In some documented cases, these reductions reached around 1–2% of total operating costs in a relatively short time. It might not sound huge at first glance, but at scale, those numbers can be chuffed to bits-worthy for CFOs.
All in all, SolvFast positions itself as an end-to-end digital transformation platform, promising an AI-driven environment without the headache of complex programming. It’s built to plug into existing infrastructure, with a high degree of customisation and data analytics aimed at sustainable growth. Believe it or not, for many companies in the region, that combination could be the nudge they need to finally tidy up their digital house… well, that’s the hope, anyway.
